Placed order for pick up in CA on October 27th. Confirmed order on on Oct. 29th with estimated delivery in 5 days.  I had to call them several times, because the warehouse kept charging me storage fees for delayed pick up. I finally got a hold of someone $175.00 later in storage fees, because they didn't pick up same day and they scheduled pick ups two days out that never was explained to me. On my conformation it said pick up Monday 29th between 12-5. It finally got picked up from the warehouse and transfered to there warehouse in CA.  It was suppose to be on the truck that evening heading to Dallas.  

When I tracked it said it was in Dallas, but when I called they had lost our container.  The paper work was on the truck but no goods.  It took them four days to find our package.  Then we were told it had to go from the grand praire terminal then to the Sherman terminal.  Once there it would be delivered to us.  We got called and said it would be delivered to us on Nov 21st between 12-5 pm.  I took off work and made sure I was here to execpt delivery due to we had our equipment rented out on Saturday the 24th. I called to confirm our delvery since it had gotten late and they said it was on the truck and we were the last stop.

No one called us to tell us that now we can't get our shippment until next week.  We have tried to call to just go pick it up our self and have had no luck! It has cost us over $3,000 dollars in revenue due to a fasle claim that our delivery would be around 5 business days. I get delays, but the company has no desire to right or even help us.  I would definatley not use them again.  It is sad that customer satifaction is not a priority.  There statement of 5 business days is fraud and there is nothing we can do about it.  We have paid for a service and we still do not have our shippment.
