Contractor Beware! Renovations Experts online contractor lead service provider, aka web.com is will Rip You Off! You Will Lose Your Money! You will NOT be refunded! Like others, I have recently been ripped off by this company. I did not research reviews prior to committing to their service.W A paid $162 for 7-9 leads per month. Four of the leads were never reached after several failed attempts by phone and email. I finally scheduled one appointment, and the customer caught me completely off guard by asking me "if they had to pay anything". Completely dumbfounded, I asked, "why"? They said, "they were contacted by RE and informed they had been preselected to receive a free quoate for a home improvement project of their choosing"! Then the customer proceeded by stating they didn't have any money for any home project and they thought they were going to receive a FREE service"!! I contacted RE and informed them of what I had been told and they denied the accusation. I argued my position and pleaded to speak to a Supervisor, Owner, Account Manager, and each time I was diverted with the same response, "A supervisor will contact you within 48 hrs." I was never contacted!! If you are reading this BAD REVIEW concerning RenovationExperts.com, I caution you not to fall vistim to their trickery or YOu WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!
