You are right about UPS/FedEx, they have their own people to process refunds. Their customers can acquire a refund for free, if proven. There is no demand for this software program or market. Another FTC number is: 1-202-326-2502. Sometimes the toll free numbers have a longer wait, and a higher volume of calls. This just gives you another option. This company goes by different names. Just wanted to mention, in case others are researching. Names: Overnight Recovery Software, Transconnect Enterprise, RefundProcessor.Biz,m Refund Recovery Software. I found one phone number, and have not tried it: 1-718-540-3555. An email: [email protected]. The address you posted is a mail drop box, just like a post office box. Here is a physical address, that can at the least be given to law enforcement: Transconnect Enterprise, 1770 Concourse Avenue, Bronx, New York, 10457. This according to Network Solutions. The mananger of this company is: Mr. Mike Pecora. He sees his company as selling business opportunities. He has not been known to give any refund. This is something higher authorities might have to handle. This according to www.newyork.bbb.org. The newyork bbb report has not been updated, maybe with your complaint form, updating would occur. You can file a complaint with them, but more important the Federal Trade Commission needs to be informed. Transconnect's Sponcering Registrar is: Go Daddy Software, Inc. Another email found in a report here at Rip-off.com was: [email protected]. You might write to AOL, and ask if they associate themselves with fraudulent practices? Then turn over information to FTC. This would put Mr. Mike Pecora out of business, and you closer to a refund. Hope this helps.
