THESE MORONS TOLD ME MY SAMSUNG GUSTO 3 BRAND NEW FROM TARGET IS ON A BLOCK LIST.

THAT AS PER VERIZON THIS PHONE WAS NEVER ON A BLOCK LIST!!!

RED POCKET TELLS ME THEIR NETWORK WILL NOT ACTIVATE IT SINCE IT IS A PRE-PAID DEVICE.

THAT'S STRANGE MY OTHER 2 VERIZON FLIP PHONES WILL WORK WITH THEIR SYSTEM AND THEY ARE PRE-PAID

PROBLEM IS ONE NEEDS A BATTERY THE OTHER NEEDS REPAIR WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT A NEW ONE FROM TARGET.

WHEN I ASKED FOR THE NAME OF THE NETWORK THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE NETWORK THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH.

A FEW DAYS BEFORE THIS I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK.

WHEN I CALLED THEM A 4TH TIME I SPOKE TO A MANAGER WHO TOLD ME HE COULD NOT ACTIVATE THIS BRAND NEW PRE-PAID PHONE.

THE OTHER FUNNY PART IS THEIR PLANS ARE PRE-PAID

 

BY THE WAY RED POCKET WOULD BE HAPPY TO SELL YOU THEIR PHONE. SOUNDS LIKE BAIT AND SWITCH TO ME WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF THE UFAIR AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES ACT.
