My problem is that when i signed up for this course they have a 100% guarantee or your money back. I have had nothing but problems with this site and course. The first problem is when my first class came to an end i started taking the exam and took it over and over and the questions i had never seen before. I failed it four times. Having to pay to retake. There were trick questions on the exam and it was impossible. I finally called after reading reviews on this course and seeing tons of people having he same issue and seeing it could be a scam. I talked to them and they were very nice and so i reconsidered when they offered to refund me my money for the retaking of exams and to reset my exams. Miraculously after the first retake i passed!! Set up?? I think so!! I then went on to take my state exam and paid for it. In order to take it I needed real estate express to send them my class info. They never did after months. I rescheduled many times and lost my money finally. I tried calling my instructor over ten times leaving voicemails with no return calls and also calling customer service also with nothing!!! I finally used the chat feature and they finally called me and refused to refund with their guarantee and then after yelling at them they offered a $60 refund for half of the 30 hour class. I paid i think $300 for this class and got nothing from it. I want my money back and it is a scam. It is horrible and i learned nothing.
