Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was completely dissatisfied with this service.  I was originally told I would get a notice prior to renewal giving me an option to continue the service or cancel.  I never got a notice of upcoming renewal. They simply tried to charge my credit card. When I realized they were renewing the service without my consent, January 31, 2017 I sent them the following email at [email protected]:

''I need you to PLEASE CANCEL THIS SERVICE CONTRACT #28066 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY and Do Not attempt to charge my credit card again.   I have not had one prospect contact from this service in 3 months and I do not want to renew. Also, I did not get any reminder email about my renewal period coming up before you attempted to bill my credit card again.

That contradicts what I was told when I made my initial purchase and I am NOT happy about it.  Another thing I don't like is that you continually bombarded me with emails trying to SELL me your service when I was already a paid customer.  Not trying to be rude here; just shooting straight with you. Please refrain from any further attempts to charge my credit card, and please confirm that you have received this request. Thank you very much.

A day or so later (Feb 2017) I got a call from a very pushy person insisting that I was too late and I didn't have the right to cancel.  I asked her if she understood that I was very dissatisfied with the service, that I am not a happy customer, that I do NOT want to continue using their service. She didn't care. She was insistent I was going to pay them for further service.  I told her I was not the type to cower to their demands without speaking out, that I would report them to Rip-Off Report.com.

She sneered and said Rip-Off Report was a scam.  My contention was that the reports on Rip-Off Report come from us consumers who have no reason to take our time to post a complaint if we didn't have a genuine greivance with a company.  Rip-Off Report doesn't make a dime off my report, and neither do I.  We post her because we have been ripped off by companies like RealEstateAgent.com.   Now, 5 months later, June 2018 this company is STILL trying to hit my credit card for $110, after I made it extremely clear back in January that I wanted to cancel the account.

This is predatory business practice and needs to be called out and held accountable. I am appalled at how many complaints there are against this company.  My next posts will be with BBB.org and the Florida Attorney General's office: http://myfloridalegal.com/pages.nsf/Main/60FD9BD8FA71A5B185256CD1005EE5C5   and the FBI's division of Internet Scams: https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

This company has NO customer service skill and NO concern about their customers whatsoever.  They don't care that their product is inferior and produces no benefit to the customer. They just want your credit card number.
