Real Estate Express American School of Real Estate Express LLC This school was my BIGGEST AND WORSE MISTAKE EVER!!! Saint Louis, Missouri Internet
I ordered the package that included "Real Estate Exam Prep" and was unable to use it nor received this unopened/unused "Real Estate Exam Prep" of which is available to purchased separately. I asked for a refund for the unopened/unused "Real Estate Exam Prep" that I was unable to get to since I was unable to pass the rigged final exams. (I went to a local school and already obtained my transcripts after passing the exams on the first try). The response I get is "Since the Exam Prep Master program was included in the package you purchased, there is no way to process a refund for it." I never received/seen this unused/unopened "Exam Prep Master" All I wanted is to be reimbursed for the unused/unopened Real Estate Exam Prep from this sham of a school!

Student initially requested refund on extension on 4/24/15. We responded in kind and refunded the full $50.
Student then contacted us back and requested a partial refund of the exam prep master program purchased on 10/14/15. Our orientation, which she signed at the beginning of the course, clearly states that we do not give partial refunds and that we have an 8-day refund policy.
The student requested this refund on 5/28/15. After further communications on 5/29/15 we made an exception in our policy and issued a refund back to the initial payee, which covered the difference of the Exam Prep Master. We have met every request that this student has made, and in a timely manner. We have reached out to this student previously asking for complaints to be resolved on her end.
