I put an add online for someone to do sociel media marketing for me, "Ray" responded, gave me a quote. Spoke to friday AM before a 3 day holiday weekend. He hold me he had no plans for the weekend and wanted to work on it that night. First he said he wouild come to my office and pick up a check for payment in full. I informed him that I left for the day and did not want to pay in full and we came to agreement that I would pay him $150.00. So, I did on paypall. Bottomline excuse after excuse and the work was not done, eveything from he could not get acess to his computer to it was hacked. After I told him I wanted my money back he said the work was done just not completed and not posted, I asked him to send it to me. he said he woulc Of course he did not, and have not heard a word from him. He clearly got me, I am embarresed I fell for it. But wanted to post so others don't

Jack contacted me to provide the service of Social Media Management and Consultation. After a long, drawn out attempt to receive the initial down payment for the service, he finally sent me HALF of the amount required. I quoted him a price that was well below the industry standard as I recognized his need for assistence. Jack then attempted to micro-manage every single aspect of the project and refused to relinquish control, yet still expected a result as if he had allowed me to take the reigns. I stayed in contact with Jack daily, giving him updates on the progress, which was obviously not up to "his standards". Despite holding up my end of the deal, Mr. Miller has still attempted to sully my name and reputation with false and inaccurate claims that the service was not provided. He has still not paid the remaining balance on his account, and still expects work to be done despite his flippant remarks. This man is attempting to assasinate my character in order to receive work for free. His claims that I ripped him off are without base and will not be tolorated. It is clients like Jack Miller that affirm my need to receive payment upfront, a common practice in the industry.
