I received a bottle of vitamins in the mail a few weeks ago that I had not ordered. When I opened it I found a bottle of Neuroxr Brain supplemental with 60 capsules in it. I knew I hadn't ordered such a product so I didn't open it. A few days later,I received a second bottle, this time a Neuroxr Sleep formula which I also didn't order. Since both said they were trial bottles I wasn't concerned about having to pay for them. Then, when I got my bank statement, I had two charges on it for $89.78 and $39.98. I was totally taken aback because I knew I didn't order either one of them.
About this same time two more bottles came in the mail. There was a phone number so I called them and was told that I put the order in for the products in September. I told them I absolutely was positive I did not order them, hadn't opened any of the bottles and didn't want them, offering to send them back. They finally said not to send them back and they would credit part of the money back to my card but the trial period was over so they couldn't give the whole amount back.
That was a few days ago and I was told to give it seven days to find out if it had gotten put back on my card and if not to get back to them. They promised they would cancel the ongoing automatic shipping process on the day I called. I will go to my bank this Friday and find out if they kept their word. I don't understand how they got my credit infomation unless it was from another company I ordered from.
