ramona tire indio complain for jake vega indio ramona tire ca gave me a different price indio ca California
i went in today december 22,2018 to get a service , first of all they were trying to charge me more then what was agreed,
my main complain is with jake vega store manager at indio ramona tire , he was very rude and a jerk ,
i actually called the police department and requested an officer at the location as he was not going to let me leave with
my truck because i said i am only going to pay what was agreed to and he said thats not how it works and was rude about it
giving me a nast dirty look i was scared so i called 911. the gentleman that first helped me said its ok he charged me
only what we discussed. and the manager never came back out to talk to me .
i had to call 911 again to cancel the officer as the problem was fixed by an employee not the manager.
i will be paying off my balance and closing my account because this is the second time i have a problem with this store.
