Unfortunatly we attempted to find out what is the reasoning behind this baseless angry and false post to no avail. The insurance law is very clear and simple that the owner of the goods has insurable interest and therefore should make his best efforts to protect it's interest otherwise the policy is null and void. This means that on 99% of the cases owners of goods do care about their personal belongings and make their due diligience to hire a licensed trucking carrier.

In nowadays so much information is available online regarding reviews and license verification. We are stunned that this individual contracted a company that is not licensed to handle the move of his personal valuable belongings.  This person was not our client directly. We do not work with individuals. We are a wholesale broker that works with licensed trucking companies and logistics companies.  We contacted our client and they advised they do not know anyone by the name of Harvey Quincy.

We approached Ripoff report to request for evidence supporting that this client transacted with us to no avail. We have been in business for over 30 years with excellent reputation and 5 star reviews. It is unfortunate that the result of a fraudelent claim and ngeligence of this individual lead this person to go on a revenge spree and post false allegation to try to tarnish our good name. We represent the world's largest insurance carriers rated A + excellent. Our claims adjusters have been in business for over 50 years with offices nationwide and worldwide. Our claims turnaround time is exceptional and our insurers go out of their way to pay claims. We have over 2500 clients that have been with us for years and this is the first complaint that we encountered and we are still trying to find out who this person is.

Mr. Harvey Quincy is not our client. We are wholesale insurance broker, being in business for over 31 years. We work with well reputable freight brokers, trucking companies, freight forwarders and logistics companies. Mr. Harvey Quincy is a client of our client High Definiation Logistics who is a reputable logistics company who has been in business for many years and who is LICENSED. The claim from Mr. Harvey Quincy is false from the first word he used on his complaint. He further continued in personal attacks against the owner of the company who is a U.S. Citizen, Legal and licensed personally in over 40 states and has been one of the leading provider and underwriter of freight insurance. We approached High Defintion who has dealt with individual directly through our insurance company to find out what is the motive of this complaint. We are attaching the copy of the certificate of insurance that was issued by High Definition for this customer. This customer HAS NOT bought any insurance from us directly and therefore the complaint should be against the vendor that accepted this transaction and insured an individual that hired a fly by night trucking company that resulted in denial of claim.

 This client hired a trucking company that is NOT licensed. He hired a fly by night company so he can file a claim on old stuff he insured. If he cared about his goods he would have made sure to hire a licensed reputable company. He purchased insurance from us independently. Our job is not to check that his carrier is licensed. We insure the goods and not the trucking company. We have 2 offices in NY and FL. WE ARE LICENSED IN over 40 states. The client disappointed that his fraudulent claim was denied and all these allegations are the result of his disappointment.
