On Sunday July 3rd my husband and I were cleaning and going through things donating, throwing out, and listing items to sell. He came across some diabetic test strips he had received. Because he keeps receiving so many, despite asking the company to put the order on hold and stop sending them for a little while since he has so many, they told him they can’t do that and to just throw them out.

I remembered about a year or so ago I had received some from a client that said to sell them, I did, but I cannot remember the company but it was a great experience.  So, I looked online and found this company called quickcash4teststrips.com. 

The website looked good. The owner is a veteran and they actually paid the highest amount for the test strips and were offering a fist time customer bonus of $25. My husband and I agreed this was the company we wanted to sell to because it was veteran run and we would get $246 which would really help us. We got everything together and submitted the information on line. I packaged up the strips so they would be ready to go when we received the shipping label. 

On July 5th I received another email with the label.  I downloaded the label and printed it 3 times. I as a copy to include in the box, 1 to put the label on the box, and the third was for a hard copy for my records.  I tracked it on www.USPS.com on 07/15/2022 and it shows it was delivered on 07/08/2022.

Since it had been a week since the test strips were received I went back to the site just to verify the processing time.  From the FAQ page I determined about an extra week before we would receive payment. Since it had already been 1 week I called and left a voice mail with both my phone number and email and complete info regarding order number and the same paypal info that is on the confirmation form.

I also submitted a claims inquiry on the website. I called again on 07/18/2022 and left another voicemail with the same info and attempted 2 times to submit an inquiry on the website but the website would not process.  I then wrote an email and got the following response. 

I waited until Fri. Aug 5th and emailed again and Mr. Spillman (if that is his real name) wrote back payment will be moade Monday August 8. No payment that day and I emailed again never hearing anything. 

There are over 100+ complaints with the BBB for the past year and over 530+ are just from the last 3 months.  The office manager Sharon Erby also has several aliases.  When you google the company it comes up on a website in the Netherlands as well and several frau and scam alerts.
