I received an e-mail from Bradley Jackson claiming to work for Esper law firm. This email had all my personal information including my employer. This email stated that I owed a payday loan to quick payday and I was being sued for not paying. He said they attempted to call, email and come to my house. I have applied for CashNetUsa and was approved but never accepted the loan. I called CashNetUsa and they said I was approved but there was no open loans at the time. I’ve checked credit karma and equalfax, there was no open loans. There was no phone number attached in the email nor was there an address for law firm. After investigating some more, Bradley Jackson was not listed on the firm.
