Picture shows my car after two months at Queens County collisions. More parts are missing and no repairs were done

1. I had a car accident on 9/23/04. My vehicle was disabled.

2. THE POLICE CALLED Queens County Collision. The car was removed to the repair Shop.

3. The owner of this repair shop, Andrew(full name unkown) presented himself as an autthorized GEICO insurance Company shop and showed me an ID card to prove it. In large part I trusted Andrew because of this representation.

4. subsequently Andrew moved the car to another shop that he owns, at 126-36 Northern blvd.

5. on 9/30/04 I gave andew a check from GEICO for $6,379. He cashed it.

6. After several weeks, Andrew had done only minimal work on my car.GEICO denied any affiliation with him.It became clear that he would neither repair my car nor return it to me.

7. After two months I had to remove the vehicle to my usual repair shop ,only to discover that he had taken apart the whole front portion,a lot of undamaged parts are missing. He would not return the money that he did not earn and he is still retaining the electronic car key. A complaint in the NY DMV is filed, however this does not seem to alarm this company.
