Do not purchase from "Purely Organic Skin Care"or Beauty Replenish !!!  It is a SCAM.  It is a company that probably makes most of its revenue by customers not reading the small boxes at the bottom of the "Rush My Trial".

Here's the scoop: If you do not cancel within 14 days, you will be billed for the two "trials" (which one would assume is free) at the "Discounted Member's rate of $90 each, plus shipping of about $5 each), followed IMMEDIATELY by another shipment within14 days.  So, according to the small print of the Terms and Conditions section - printed really small and at the very bottom of the page (and why would anyone read if if you are getting a "Trial" of a product), by asking for "the trial" are are also "agreeing" to get repeatedly billed by them until you notify them TO STOP.

We did not notice the huge charges on our credit card until we looked at our end of month statement where they had charged roughly $400 for the two small one-ounce containers.  We were told that two more deliveries were en route, and that according to the agreement, we could not return them, even if the package was unopened.

My wife had an allergic reaction to the product (this product itself has not been scientifically scrutinized - but they cite that other similar products have, and they seem to again assume that the similarity of products gives their products a clean bill of health) and my wife simply could not use it.

After getting nowhere with the woman who answered the phone, I asked to speak with a supervisor.   I waited over 10 minutes (I think this was done on purpose, hoping that I would hang up), and when she finally answered, I informed the "supervisor" that I was recording our conversation "for quality assurance purposes".  She was adamant that we owed the $400 according to the agreement that we agreed to in receiving the Trial of their product.

I told them that I was going to report them to both the Texas (where we live and where she conducted business) and North Carolina (where they are located) Attorneys General office for Deceptive Trade Practices.  She  then offered a 25% reduction on only the first shipment ($200), but not the second ($200).  I said that I was not going to pay anything, but intended to report this to the agencies that govern her business.

She then offered to increase it to 50% and then to 75%.   I told her that only if they reduced this to NOTHING would I be satisfied.

I contacted my credit card company and the removed the charges and they were going to speak with the merchant.  I noted later in the day that the supervisor removed 100% of the first two charges, but my credit card company is taking care of the rest.   I still am going to file something with the AG offices.

At any rate, DO NOT BUY OR ASK FOR ANY TRIALS FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!   A pure rip off of too-trusting consumers who believe that they are getting a free trial.
