Pug Life Harness Returned 2 harnesses no response California
I ordered 2 harnesses 12/22/18 and had problems with the web site butafter 3 or 4 tries was able to complete the order and received an email confirming that they had received the order. I had ordered 2 medium harnesses in 2 different colors.
I received an email stating that the harnesses had shipped on 12/27/18. What I didn't see that the email listed that the order was for 2 black XL harnesses and said that at the top of the email. When the harnesses were received I saw that the sizes and colors were incorrect and attemped to contact the seller. The 800 phone number rang but no one answered and there was no recorder. I then attempted to reach someone through their CHAT line but was advised that no one was their but they would respond ASAP.
Nothing happened. After many attemps to use the CHAT method I received a response and was told to send back the haenesses and they would resend the correct harnesses promptly, They said I would have to pay for the return postage. The address for the returns was a house in Montebello CA and I asked if I could take the return to the Montebello address myself as it was a 20 minute drive from my house but they said no follow their instructions.
I sent them and the cost was $14. I sent them on 1/3/19 and they received them on 1/4/19. They said that the new harnesses would be returned to me within 3 to 5 days.
Nothing happened. I kept trying to contact them and was ablel to get someone on the CHAT in February and they apologized and said I would have them by 2/15/19
Since that time I can't reach anyone and they will not respond to emails or messages on the CHAT board. I am out $84.85 plus $14.13. and no recourse.
