Public Storage Phil Mesa Arizona
Public Storage sold off my stuff because of non-payment. Now I informed them I was over seas and was not able to get into contact with anyone and was never informed on the auction. They stated they contacted me but that was bogus; so I come back to find out my stuff has been auctioned off. Im like where can I sleep now!!they say call this guy name phil, but there was no such thing!!! I had to force the Customer service rep to tell me why my stuff was auctioned and she refused to tell me, until I started screaming!. This is terrible like comeeeeonnnnn. They said they mailed me information and found out it was delinquent because I no longer lived there!! And they still sold my stuff.

It's their fault that your excuse is that you were overseas and didn't provide a new address and most importantly..... Didn't pay for your unit because you were overseas??? So being overseas is an excuse to not pay your bills? Didn't know that I'll have to try that one on my mortgage..... Point of this?? Accept responsibility and pay your bills....
