Public storage Ripped me off on my account with double fees Columbus Ohio
I have been storing my stuff with them then got a second unit as well, I paid them one mo. it didn't go through then they did not notify me n I went to pay them the second month they hit me with outrageous fees n double fees on one account n saying it's two accounts under one name and they're charging me $115. N fees per account,that's called double jeopardy! They will not remove the fees and I've even escalated the situation!
