Prudential California Realty Fraud, Deception, Cover-up, Thieves of Stolen Trusts San Diego California
Our situation is similar to Victor's posting, written in 2006. Prudential of California brokered the sale of a home for their ex-employee Cathy Card Holbeck. After 3 long years of personal investigation we found out that Cathy Card Holbeck was not entitled to sell her mother's home. This was found out after Prudential agents Nancy Dennison and Sandy Bramberg transferred our cancelled loan with Downey to an affiliate of Prudential, First Capital.
Our nightmare is long and treacherous. DO NOT TRUST PRUDENTIAL IN ANY WAY. They do not care how they make a dollar, even if it means selling a home that an ex-employee has no rights to. Cathy Card Holbeck used Prudential to cover-up the theft of her mother's estate. Holbeck signed documents stating she was the sole surviving heir of her mother Yvonne Ruth Grantham, what a lie! Not only that she lied, along with Prudential and the agents to cover-up an additional death that had occurred in the house, that of one of her brother's, the year before her mother died.
The list goes on and on....Failure to disclose issues involving property damage, deaths on property, fraudulent sales practices, coercion, misrepresentation, mortgage fraud.
Cathy Card Holbeck and Prudential stole assets that simply were not theirs. Many have asked why we continue to fight this and the answer is simple: Yvonne Ruth Grantham's children took from her in life and have continued to do so in death, it is WRONG and the worst type of crime one could ever imagine. Mrs. Grantham was a devote woman of her religion and the causes she believed in most, one especially called RESCUE TASK FORCE. Gary Becks runs RTF and is a wonderful humanitarian. Not only did Prudential and the Holbeck's take from Mrs. Grantham they stole from RTF as well. These people are thieves through and through.
Prudential and the Holbeck's think this will go away, it will not.
Someday, somehow we will succeed. All we have asked is for the Trust to be produced and proven that what we have found is not true. They could care less, they received their commission and now realize it will be difficult for us to obtain the Trust. But we are getting closer each day and with much hope we will see to it they are all prosecuted for their GREED. Nothing could be worse than a child stealing from their parents, or so we thought, now Prudential is too stealing from a dead woman. If the word Successor Trustee' ever comes up in the same breath as Prudential, BEWARE! Prudential will have their general counsel badger you and try to force you to stop any proceedings.
We are asking for the sale, fraudulent from the outset to be reversed. Based on the simple fact the house did not belong to any of these people. Selling assets from a Trust is not difficult to do, the repercussions can be overwhelming so again BEWARE! Prudential assisted a former employee in stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars. How much lower on the food chain does it get? Prudential, Cathy Card Holbeck, Earl Holbeck, Nancy Dennison, and Sandy Bramberg should all be sent to prison for a long, long time.

I am responding for my sister, Cathy Holbeck. the report posted by ruth daigle, the buyer of my mother's house is a false report. I could address every issue but that would be redundant. My sister has not rebutted because her attorney has advised that such outrageous accusations from someone who is so out there is uncalled for and unprofessional. Mrs. Daigle's threats are an attempt to recover some money, due to a pending foreclosure at the time. I can tell you with out question that Cathy was the only recipeint of my mom's estate. She did exactly what my mom directed in her will. She was not the only living heir, I am Yvonne's son, but my mom left everything to her. The reasons are not anyones business. The estate was excuted by a local attorney, and handled according to the law. Rescue Task Force was an organization my mom was very passionate about. Mr. Beck's was at her funeral. They would have stepped in if my mom had left everything to them. I am sorry Mrs. Daigle lost the house in foreclosure but that had nothing to do with my sister or the sale of the house to Mrs. Daigle. Cathy is a very good person. Before and since my mom's passing she has taken care of me and my wife. She more that shared what she received over a 10 year period of giving us a home to live in and family to care for us. I am very sick and could have passed away before my mom. We are truly blessed to have each other and to this day have and always will have a very close relationship. We are all that is left of our family, and I am very distressed that such lies are being told about my sister. Mrs. Daigle does not have the facts straight. All of the details she claims were received from public record but she twisted the truth. I hope this sets the record straight and she drops this harrasment of my sister.
