Pro Seal Ripoff speaking to supervisors is a joke Hicksville New York
I order Pro Seal online. After I did not receive the product in the 6-8 week time frame upon which I was told I would I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was told it would show on my next statement. I waited and still no refund.
I have contacted them 8 times since requesting the refund and speaking to supervisors is a joke they say the same thing. "It will be on your next statement" this is their motto evidently. I have since filed with the WV Attorney Generals Office so that maybe they can get something done. I was told at first that the product was shipped but that goes along with the non-existent refund.
I just wanted to warn others that they are a ripoff and very good at lying. Hopefully something will come from the attorney generals office. I will keep you up-to-date.
Online order could not be confirmed for 5 days. When it finally was The order was triple what it should have been. Was charged $91 for my $29 order which I immediately cancelled. They first told me the order was already sent out. So the said I had to refuse shipment and have it sent back. After 6 weeks of recieving nothing I called and was told they were processing a refund but their automated system was down and was being handled manually. Waited 14 more days. This went on a few more times.
Originaly ordered on 3/26/06. It is now 6/23/06 and was told by thier supervisor the same thing(10-14 more days) I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever see my money.
My advice is to stay far away from these rip-off specialist.
My advice other than stay away from this rip off company is to contact your credit card company and notify them of this scheme.

I have noticed several new complaints filed about pro seal recently, all with the same story. Don't allow this company to win. Contact your credit card company immediately and tell them of the dispute and demand your money back. If they get enought of these complaints maybe they will stop allowing Pro Seal to accept Visa/Mc. At a minimum, you will get your money back.

I finally had it with the lies from Pro Seal reps and contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. They reversed the charges and notified Pro Seal. Guess what. The product then appears at my door after I had cancelled the order and waited for months for a refund! Needless to say I am refusing the package.
