I joined a free site called prizeguys about six mounths ago where you click on a product you want to win,anser a question and you are entered in that contest.
I had won a contest on 10-18-99,I received an email telling me i had won and instructed me to printout the form sent,sign and mail,which i did that day.
After waiting three mounths i started sending them emails asking for a reply about the prize,i still have no prize,no reply why and they now no longer let me enter there contest.
