I received 2 defective products from this company, the same product twice. They have refused to refund my money for the defective products they have sent me. I have called and hounded them over and over again to give me my money back. I have proof that they received my return because I did tracking through UPS. They signed for the packed and they now deny even having it. I even spoke with someone the day after the package was signed for he said he had it in his hand, but now they are denying it. I have no where else to go, because the amount of money that they owe me is only a little more than $400. Not worth hiring a lawyer for. Also, they don't have a 800 customer service number, so I can only imagine what my long distance bill will look like at the end of the month. I know now to always look up complaints on Internet companies before ordering. Please help in anyway you can.
