Priceline I Have Spent $100,000 on Priceline and Cancelled My Account Today Internet
I am not sure when Priceline changed from a great company to a terrible company, but I cancelled my account today.
They showed me a rate for a cancellable, refundable car rental. I confirmed the reservation. An hour later, I went in to change it and suddenly it was non-refundable/ non-changeable. Appealing to "customer service" generated no positive resolution.
I will simply appeal it with my credit card company, as obviously priceline is now ripping people off. The total value of this reservation was $91. Priceline's commission would have been $9 if they make 10%. They lost my business over a $9 dispute
That's who priceline is now.
