Ticket came with a 24 hour cancellatio policy
Had to cancel the flight and called priceline at 2 PM on 1/6/2017
First the agent, Gia #TB told me that it was past 24 hours and refused. Then I asked her to check what time it was, she was obviously in some other country and had no clue. When she checked eastern time, she confirmed that 24 hours has not yet lapse but told me she cannot do anything and refused to issue a refund.
I was a customer for many years and bough plane tickets and vacation packages via priceline. I never had a problem.
I will never use you again.

PS. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company.
