Just as someone else reported, Priceline misspelled my last name on my airline ticket. I called Priceline to resolve this, but was only transferred to a 'specialist' where I waited on hold for over 30 minutes. I called back and met the same results. Eventually I hungup and called United directly who quickly and politely made the change. This was only my second time using Priceline, and based on this experience I'll be avoiding them in the future.
