Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Some recent emails (huge number of unanswered calls)...Ken Presti has been perfect in only two respects...not keeping his word and bilking customers out of their money...for us really damaged furniture and a unsettled agreed to amount of $1,500...

To: Ken Presti...07/06/2015,

It was nearly a year ago when I finally had had it and indicated that I would seek to make your life miserable if you are indeed still in business. Well, given the total runaround since then and my apparent unfounded trust that you would remedy this matter, I will do what I promised back then. If I do not receive a certified check from you for $1,500 by July 31, 2015, I will begin to seek remedy beyond our hand-shake agreement. Do not call me or email me. Either send the check or not. Sorry it has finally come to this…

 Hi Tom

I will send the balance of your consignment next week and reguards to the balance in items still here and not sold we should make a settlement on these items or you can take them back. I do apologize for the delay and i know you have been real patient with us and i do appreciate it. The last winter was a disaster for us and i am still trying to get back on track . I will call you next week and we an discuss where to go from here.

Thanks

 Larry and Kenny,

I believe that Linda and I have been very reasonable relative to settling the outstanding balance owed us from the auction of our household property last year. I have tried, apparently in vain, to contact both of you recently and feel that you are forcing me to start complaining to NY State licensing agencies and consumer affairs. It is not unreasonable to request that this matter be finally settled. In the event that we don’t hear from someone at your company within the next week and then as a result get paid the owed and promised balances over the next month, I will begin my complaint campaign. We made a deal and I expect to be paid.

 Hi Ken

I’m trying to decide whether to pay a bit to the dentist or the accountant or one of the others that I have owed for so long. Realizing that you are probably in the same boat in many ways I am checking if you can send some of the money. Would really help at this point…

Presti Auction Settling Deal

#2Author of original report

Ken Presti has always been a gentleman but apparently, like many of us, fallen on difficult times. He has been responsive to trying to settle this matter and I feel that he will make good. Right now I am satisfied with Presti Auction and wish there was a way to have the whole Ripoff Report matter simply go away.
