I am still dealing with major issues he MISSED. he really has no idea what he is doing. His roof guy in ok?? But not a professional roofer.
Rick cam to the house I made an offer on. He walked around, asked me not to follow him. I bought the house. He FAILED to identify MANY issues with the house. From roof, to windows that do not work, garage doors problems , rotten facia boards all around. I could have collected form the seller for these issues if he had just wrote them in his inspection report. He is bad news!! Stay away!!
