Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Google Premiere Props, Dan Levine, Dawn Rapp or Tom Greene, before you do any business with this unscupulous and dishonest company.  These people are seasoned criminals.  They sweet talk you into sending your items to be placed in thier Hollwood auctions, then they sell your stuff, sometimes below the agreed reserves or schill their own auctions and purchase items for their own self interests, but then they do not send you your money.  They sent me partial payments after legal intervention, but it has been over one year since they have paid the money that is owed to me, in the amount of $8,000.00.  My property of over 80 unsold items has to date not been returned, this property as instructed by lawyers as well as representatives from the BBB and BCA.  This property is valued at $35,000.00

These crooks use your money to live their luxurous life style and continually get new people roped into their lies and schemes and repeat the process over and over again.   It is nothing more than a ponzi scheme, when they are pushed they will then send someone a payment, but ripoff new people.  These people, Dawn Rapp, Dan Levin her husband and their partner Tom Greene, belong in jail and I am contining my quest to see that they are punished.

I have been contacted by a recovery service who tells me that several victims have hired their firm to go after these professional ripoff artists.  And they have recovered monies for other victims.

PLEASE BEWARE, of Daniel Charles Levin and anyone at Premiere Props.

HELLO,

Thank you for your comment, I have already filed with the BCA and was able to at least get some of my property back.  However my class was closed because the company refused to go any further with them after several months.  They can only do so much.  How do you know that it will take only a few more complaints to shut them down.  Is there anyway you can contact me directly?

(((redacted)))

Thank you,

Please file with Los Angeles Consumer Affairs, not the BBB. They just need a couple more formal complaints before they can shut these people down. When I signed a contract with Daniel Charles Levin, he showed me a warehouse full of boxes of UNCLAIMED property from past contract consignors, and said, after 1 year, I legally owned all of these for people consign and never pick up their stuff. The problem is...they don't answer, emails, the phone or even let you step foot in the door after your contract is signed. The whole thing smelled fishy to me, and now, I know how he aquired those items. Sad. So please on behalf of all those people, including seniors I represent whose items they sold and never paid - take a few minutes and file online with The Los Angeles Consumer Affairs today. You will be helping out many, many people tomorrow. Thank you.
