Attention: File with Los Angeles Consumer Affairs Immediately if you have been scammed by Mr. Daniel Charles Levin, VP Premiere Props, a California Corp. (his real name for Superior Court Purposes), Tom Greene who is responsible for luring you in to consign your valuables and Dawn Rapp Levin who handles the so called books. When I consigned my items, I wish I had googled them, but I did not. I have dealt with many legit auction houses, and Premiere Props is merely a stop and rob, and nothing nothing like the professional auction houses that honor and pay contracts.

I ended up and consigned with Premiere Props and signed the contract with Tom Greene ( a contact in which was messy at best). - They sold my items, and never PAID ME.  SO REMEMBER, LOS ANGELES CONSUMER AFFAIRS (NOT THE BBB)  if you simply have purchased or consigned under contract any item from Premiere Props in El Segundo, CA via Ebay, icollector or their website.

Pure and simple, they will take your items (even when you are protected with a contract you sign) and NOT pay you. Period.

This happened to me, so, now out of pocket, I filed in Los Angeles Superior Court (which according to their records it is not Mr. Dan Levin Premirere Props first rodeo). Now, Consumer Affairs said they just need a couple more people to file with them before they can take action to shut these scammers out of business. I am so looking forward to seeing Mr. Levin in court, for my ducks are in a line and unfortunately, I am out of pocket.

Remember...Step 1 - Los Angeles Conusmer Affairs Complaint, then Step 2 (and you will have to do this for you won't see one red cent) Los Angeles Superior Court, CA.

This is not a disgruntled client who just lost $10,000+, just a frustrated client who agrees to pay you your high commission rate per the signed contract, and who has no time to sit in front of a judge to make a decision in my favor, nor time to type comments on any website about your corporation.

Thank you and I hope you all follow the instructions, which are not mine, they are the instructions from Los Angeles Consumer Affairs for according to their agent they need a couple more FILED FORMAL COMPLAINTS for they will close this operation down to protect many. many people from being ripped off.

Thank you.
