I've been going here for years. I'll say that there's a noise or something funny with my car, or a service light is on or something, and they'll say, it's just time for an oil change, that's why the light is on, or you brakes are fine, but your tires are thread bare - and then they show me ... I've never experienced any level of dishonesty, they all try to up-sell, but then again, I'm not prejudiced. Your judgmental behavior might be costing you money everywhere!

I have been in business for 14 years in the City of El Cajon and have been a positive and productive member of the community since opening for business. As a business owner in El Cajon I have been aired on various news stations that have commended my shop and the work performed here. I have also been involved in many community service projects such as Operation Home Front, which helps the families of those who are in the military. In addition, I have been donating to The San Diego Food bank to help those in need during these rough times. I am also an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me with a receipt or proof that this incident took place at my place of business and I will refund any service provided that day. Thank you.
