Postmates postmates Postmates charges and never delivered. Horrible customer service. They don't even have a phone number for you to reach. San francisco California
I paid 85.00 dollars for a lunch and it was never delivered. I tried to contact the driver and she tx me that she was at the house but she wasnt. When I tried to get in touch with postmates they responded four hours later with a statment that the food was delivered and thier driver's wait for five minutes then drove off to the next client. They also stated that they had charged me the 85. dollars for the food I never received. DONT EVER USE THEM. CROOKS.
