Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We bought a 1998 Dodge Ram and was told that they would work with us through anything, cause I was going through a lot after I had my second child , I found out in 2003 had cancer in my Uterus and had to have emergency surgery. I had insurance but it didn't pay it all. I asked if they could lower the $400.00 a month payment to $ 350.00 a month considering we were going through a tough time. We got the run around and was harrassed and finally, I'd had enough . So I did they only thing I could do , I had to give it back , I took them another month to get it . I tried to make payments, and before I knew it , they were gone . I called the company that took their place and they told me they were under investigation for fraud and stolen vehicles. So I just let it go at that, then years later 2008 we recieved a bill and called them , and what do you know there they were. These guy were the most unprofessional people I have ever dought with, they threatened to take my vehicle, take my home and were persistent and nasty, So my husband got a loan and paid them , they gave us no paid letter ,but I have the letter with the confermation number! Now my husband has to get statements from his bank !!! This company is the worst company ever!!! :( I want this nightmare over !!!! Can anyone help????

You gave up the car as a voluntary repo. It is STILL a repo. The amount you owe on the contract, you STILL owe. Giving up the car doesn't make the remainder disappear. The bad part of this is if you have no proof that your husban's loan paid this amount "IN FULL" then you may be out of luck.
