Planet Systems Network is an Internet Service rip-off
Planet Systems Network is an Internet Service Provider. I am a Planet Systems Network customer. I paid for a year's worth of DSL upfront. I have not had reliable DSL service for the past month. When I do a ping test it shows that I am timing out or have no connection at all.
I have tried to call tech support numerous times, waiting over an hour at a time, but can never get through.
This company is running a scam and is a TOTAL rip off!

What a shame that so many people got taken by this company. Not just the customers, but the employees as well. The way that the owners of PSN ran this place is disgraceful and criminal. Tons of $$ was coming in from unsuspecting customers and every cent went to the owners, Ron and Michael's deep pockets. They barely had enough $$ to pay base to their sales people and screwed alot of them out of 10's of thousands of commissions. I feel bad for every person that got jipped from these guys since I was a sales person, but we were being lied too and mislead by the owners and upper mgmt..A few months after I started I finally realized what was going on and quit. I was so in debt when I quit with these guys since they never paid me 1 comm. check only my meager base, it took me a year to catch up. I did successfully sue them and was awarded a judgement but since they filed BK, I'll never see it. What comes around goes around. I hope somebody gives Ron and Michael what they deserve. Lets hope that neither one of these bastards open up another company under another name.
