I am a recent customer of Pinnacle Nissan/Infiniti. This dealership is a fraudulent company that cons its clients into writing checks they say they will hold for 21 days and then cash the next day. I recently purchased a Dodge Charger from this dealer. The car was fine but when they sold it they told me they would need a $2000 down payment. I told them that was fine if it could be split. They told me to write two checks 1 for $1000 which they would cash immediately and a second for $1000 which they would cash in 21 days. They told me to date them both for that day as postdated checks were not accepted. They then cashed both checks the very next day. This has overdrawn my account making several checks bounce and numerous overdraft fees to be incurred.

To top it off it has now been 2 weeks since I bought the car and they are now saying that they can't get me financed and that I need to return the car to them. Why don't they know this BEFORE they cashed my checks, before they incurred irreparable damage to my credit and before they cost me hundreds of dollars? I have been told by 5 sales agents that just this last month they did this to 17 people!

To top it all off several of the managers and sales agents told me not to get mad at them because they aren't even getting paid! One said the dealer hasn't paid him over $3500 owed to him in almost 60 days! This dealer seems to rip off both its clients and its employees! What a fraud! Beware and don't do business with them...they might just wind up being another Bill Heard Chevrolet!

I'm filing reports with several state agencies and just learned from them that Barry Buresh and Pinnacle Infiniti has a record of deceitful activities. They have also been sued twice by the EEOC for discrimination and paid huge lawsuits. WHAT A COMPLETE SCAMMING COMPANY! I am a working class citizen who has worked hard all my life to make things nice for my family and those I see daily. This company has just about taken me for all that I have. How can people like this live with themselves...it's disgusting!

you drive it home and show it to your friends and family and co-workers. You FALL IN LOVE with it. Then the "Love Ride" makes it easyier for a sales person to PUMP MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU. Call their BLUFF and drive the Sled back to them and say, "Word UP DOG" here is your SLED. I will go else where and tell what happened to me and and get a better deal down the road. Always go to Google and type in the business name plus these two words "Rip Off" and watch what pops up. Do this BEFORE you play "part with your money" doing this can and will save you trouble and big money. many car dealers HATE this web site. I love it! To hell with the BBB, I love www.badbusinessbureau.com Remember Don't let them get away with it, make sure that make the Rip Off report. get EVEN for FREE
