Phone steck store Did not receive goods Internet

My daughter ordered a phone through this company. She paid with PayPal I received a confirmation email stating they were processing her order. She ordered it on December 29, 2017. We never received the phone and The seller will not respond to any of our emails. We are currently disputing it with PayPal.
