My daughter and I have a small animal sitting service. We are not vets or vet techs. Part of our contract gives us express permission to take your little one to the vet (your vet or my vet depending on which you choose) at your cost. We also have a mobile vet at our disposal if that is needed. If we can reach you before going to the vet, we will do so. But we won't wait around if we can't reach you. We have regular "guests" several times per year. We provide references and encourage you to contact them and ask questions. We have lost one, but it was sudden and we didn't have time to get her to the vet. The owner was sad, but understanding and she did not hesitate to use us again for her other "kids".

That is the saddest story I have ever read. I have never had a problem like thank goodness, but they did screw up my credit report. Pets Choice sent my $60.00 bill to the wrong address. They never once bothered to call me before they ruined my excellent credit with TRW and Experian. I am still trying to clean up my credit report to this day. I'm in the UK on business, I just found out about this so I can't qualify for the loam on my new home until I clean up their screw up. I will loose my good faith $10,000 deposit. They told us months ago this would be corrected. My wife called their office and they had a very nasty attitude.
