Perfumebff They took my money and now they will not refund me because they will not answer my emails or calls. New Rochelle New York
I made 2 purchases one on the 16th and the other on the 18th of September 2018. They were taking forever to ship my order so I got worried and Googled them only to find out they sell fake products and they will not answer there emails nor refund customers. So my order never shipped so I asked them to cancel the orders. Now they will not answer me and they have not credited my card back. I'm freaking out because I'm on disability so I don't have money to throw around. I spent almost 200$ and have received nothing. I have read that when they do ship something its fake and they have fake reviews all over the web that are positive which is a total lie. Now I have filled a claim with the BBB because I do not know what to do. I just want my money back and I'm so upset that I got scammed. Please do not trust the positive reviews do not buy anything from them. They are a scam plain and simple. They do not care who they hurt because they are greedy! Buyer beware and please if you have been scammed to contact the BBB they should not get away with this and should be shut down.
