Yep. Tried to get me for $99.95. Had already charged my bank card for amount 2 days before, but bank fraud dept had no legit transaction contact info yet, (i.e. known company name, phone number, correct website that didnt come up INVALID) and yet $ was already out of acct.

Did search of company listed on small plain box in USPO mail because there was no packing slip, no invoice, nor a simple flyer disclosing autoship criteria inside. Obviously, "free sample" I believed had received was to them 1st in autoship program charging full product $ after 14 days if not cancelled by me, who remained uninformed.

Looked up "Perfect Nutra Solutions" Mooresville NC, online & found same phone for CS as you. When I called, took awhile holding before got generic foreign voice " Chris" to explain I had ordered a free "sample," pay $4.95 shipping only, from their pop up on a larger, more familiar website. Told her I was not aware of this "arrangement" nor was it plainly disclosed either on popup or with shipment & wanted $ back in acct.

Of course, she found my "account" quickly, but when I plainly said what I needed, she kept apologizing & things slowed down & got murky on the customer service side. First, she started with it was my responsiblity to cancel autoship within 14 days.

Told her I didn't agree nor care, but didn't waste time pointing out again that it was a one-time sample. Said their information is misleading & billing practices fraudulent. I expected ALL MY MONEY back in my account. Immediately. Next, she was sorry all over again & suddenly authorized to give 25% back. Said didn't care about that. I was getting a full refund.

She said she was not approved to go further. And I told her it was a long way around barn to come to same conclusion. She put me on hold. For 6 minutes. Apologies galore when she came back & said was sorry for all this & they would be taking care of cancelling my autoship account & refunding my 75% of program fee.

Again, I said she could either approve the full refund now "customer" to Business, or it would be handled Monday morning by Fraud Dept, who already had report started, in coordination with Dispute Dept. So nice or not nice. But 100% refund. Another 2-3 minute hold. On return, after simpering required apologies, said full refund had been approved by her supervisor.

I said I had no doubt about outcome going my way. But asked if these backhanded ways really worked to bilk the average people who don't understand their rights out of hundreds of $s before they actually get this program of dummy products stopped. Never even the slightest acknowledgment about "sample" vs "autoship" nor the heavy handed, condescending conversations assuming full refunds if any would happen, nor vague to nonexistent contact & product receipt info.

This is a LAWSUIT just waiting to happen. You were right & my similarly bad experience just proved it. DO NOT be sucked in.
