People Pc Inc. Continued charging my credit card after I called to cancel service Atlanta Georgia
I contracted the Internet Service Provider People Pc for a couple of months while I was in Miami, Florida on a family emergency.
In December 2007 I called the 800 number to cancel the service due to the fact I was moving out of the state of Florida for good. I already had a competitive service at my home state and did not needed their services any longer.
I ask the person numerous times if this was all I had to do, the answer was yes.
Months pass and I never heard from them anymore by mail or e-mail. So I considered the matter closed.
On December 2008 while balancing my bank account I found a People Pc charge on the account. After further research I came across that People Pc have been charging my account all along. They never canceled the service.
When I called People Pc their rep keep asking for a confirmation number. When I called People Pc for the cancellation call their rep never mentioned any confirmation number even thou I asked numerous times.
While on the phone with the rep at one point he covered the phone mike and I could hear him laughing.
It shows that People Pc have no regard for customer service. I guess it is funny to them to Rip Off the customer.
