You staged a fake foster for Lenore Smathers. came to my home to foster two senior dogs and LIED over and over. You said you had NO KIDS in your home but had 2 that lived with your sister (LIE you have NO kids at all)

You drug these two senior dogs all over town til they collapsed in exhaustion (verified by vet)

You refused to take them to the vet until you adopted them. (we refused cause you did not have home inspection or adoption paperwork only foster paperwork. You lied and said COPS came after the dogs, never happened, said your kids LOVED the dogs (then claimed they were dangerous) so many stories and LIES.

Short hair dogs do not have matted fur, these were dogs that were kept outside all their live and surrendered due to owners cancer issue. You were told to take the dogs to vet and we would pay the bill LIAR, the dogs were just taken in and had previous years of vaccinations. You called the police and made a FALSE report saying I had bloody chickens running around ( I have NO chickens) no shelter ( I have 23 stall barn and plenty of food, water and oh yes electricity).

The ver verified the dogs had no issues other than exhaustion from you hauling them all over town. They were NOT bones infact quite plump, funny I have video of the dogs running around here and not so much as a limp. So the only person lying here is YOU Celest! You even called Lenore Smathers and messaged me saying you would be contacting her.

so if you did not know her why would you contact her? this was yet another staged bogus attempt of Smathers to make me look bad-YOU FAILED as evidence does not lie but you two sure do!

Kristen Giest created a gofundme page to scam people out of money for a vet bill before the dogs ever saw a vet. Told her she could not ask for money when dog has no bill and we would pay the bill and we did pay it. see you in court Kristen this false statement of lies is more proof against you & smathers.

Kristen Giest was part of a scam set up with Lenore Smathers and Debbie McAndrew. Ms. Giest not only lied to aapi but also made several false reports to the Butler county police. (whom we are filing slander suit against her for) she contacted AAPi and wanted to foster to senior dogs that where surrendered 2 days prior to her offer. these where 14 year old dogs owned by a man whom was dying of stage 4 bone cancer. He did the best he could for the dogs and surrendered them to AAPi. Ms Giest was told NO CHILDREN in the home and she stated she had NO children that theylived with her sister. (actually she NO children at all) since she stated she had no kids ay home the dogs would be temprarily placed with her. Come to find out she drug these 2 dogs all over town and to petco. By the time she got them (they where to go to her home and NOT the sisters) home they where exhausted and collapsed. she ran this dogs almost to death. She tried to bath them and they fell in the tub injurying them. She was told the dogs had an appointment at the groomers and we would take them there but she refused to wait. Now we get ,essages the dogs are falling over and collapsing and must see a vet. We told her take them and she refused to take them unless we adopted them to her (which we refused) once we told her we would not adopt them to her without conducting a home visit she said dogs where suddenly fine. Claimed the police came to check license and asked for names and numbers and aslo said it was fine she handled it. (police do NOt do license checks) we offered to take the dogs to vet ourself and Giest comments "they where fine" now we find out the dogs never went to Giests home but went directly to the sister house whom had small kids in her home. Giest put her sisters family in jeopardy. She risked her sisters families lives by taking unknown dogs to their home that could have potentially killed them. What kind of person would put her own sister family in jeopardy? so the next day she takes the dogs to the punxy vet and LIES to her as well. we provided to the vet all the messages showing Giest LIED. We paid the vet bill $135.00 and the vets report was that the dogs where simply exhausted from being drug all over and injured in the tub. These where outside dogs and where NEVER allowed inside and where 14 years old with age issues. Lenore Smathers set this entire senerio into play to make AAPI look bad but instead it just proves her attempt to slander AAPI. (whom also is being sued for slander) These people go to such extremes just to make AAPi look bad when again it just proves our point-they will stoop to all levels to attack and place animals and children in jeopardy. Ms Giest is NOT on a humane officer page (another lie) and has also created a HATE page on face book just like she posted lies on this ripoff report. There is no stopping this kind of behavior accept to keep posting the truth!
