I am currently working at the call center (which is no where close to San Jose) that handles the customer service for PaymentOne, Integretel and until recently The Billing Resoure.

These companies are all part of the same Billing Group (The Billing Resource has pulled away and there calls or being handle by a different call center as from earlier this year) and is handle by one company which has a different name which islocated in the Caribbean.

Firstly: Consumers it does not help you guys to curse the agents we are instructed to handle the calls a particular way and we MUST not divert from our "call flow" even thou we want to. We know you are angry but cursing us only make us hang up with you and go to the next call!!!!!!!!!

SOME INSIDE INFO

For instance some of you guys ask us "how long was i being billied for this" We are instructed to say we dont have that information (In many cases we dont know the exact start date of service but in some cases we do)

Secondly: We are only suppose to assist who can give us the exact date of the charges. And if we are given a charge date in june we are only allowed to gv credit for that charge even thou you may have 10 other charges in previous months from the same company.

Some of you guys have charges from in 2005-2009 you have missed!!!!!!!

In some instances i personally see that up to 5 different companies is charging the same phone number for the exact same service. And i was told by my supervisor that most of these companies have different names they bill you under. BUT WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO DEAL WITH THE CHARGE YOU QUESTION!!!!!!!!

Most of these charges are added on when there is a change in your plans and services so most of the time you dont notice until after you are billed a couple of months.

REALLY IMPORTANT when you are given a block notice we say that "a block is like a cancellation" the difference being a block last only up to six months. So when the six months has passed and you've forgotten all about the charges they start back being billed to you number.

Thoes of you who have collect calls billed by OSP: Ive notice that 20 different people would call with the same collect call which was "made" at the same date and time from the same exact number for the same exact amount of time being billed for the exact amout of money PLEASE BE AWARE thatthis could happen to 5 different people in 5 different states whos as the same call.

Businesses or hit the hardest in my opinion most of the biggests charges or attactch to company accountstheses charges or mostly $79.95 or $99.95 and the hope that you dont notice. MOST OF OU DONT!!!!!!

Those of you who have multiple telephone numbers have all of them checked some times you are being billed by the same or multiple companies on multiple numbers..

As CSRs we are only supposed to be on a call for 2 mins.

TIPS: If you get an agent who is insiting you get the date of the charge and call back what you can do is start from the first day of the month and go from there QUESTION EACH DATE UNTIL YOU GET THE CHARGE TAKEN CARE OF. Yes its time consuming but it will help you get back your money.

On the beinging of the call you hsould ask for the agents name and agent id number which will me 2 letters and 4 numbers e.g HS2065. Because a lot of us tends to hang up when you or on the call 2 long.

DO NOT tell us when you guys paln on takinh the matter to the FCC or a lawyer etc. because we have to take done your contact info and pass it on to the higher up who WILL edit a call to make it sund like you say yes to service or they will make up a LOA or ELOA which makes it seems some one did ask for service..

MOST OF THESE COMPAINES ARE FRAUDS YOU NEED TO GO THRU YOURS BILLS WITH A FINE TEETH COMB TO INSURE YOU NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING YOU DONT HAVE.

If you see a charge on this month bill go thru your previous bills to make sure that it was the first charge DO NOT ASUUME

P.S it does not make a difference who your phone company is so changing your phone company WILL NOT HELP!!!!!!!

3RD party blocks by your phone company WILL NOT STOP THESE COMPANIES FROM BILLING YOU
