car rental rip off
i recently rented a car at payless car rental in san diego,and they took me for a ride,i was to rent a car for a week,for $125.00 not bad ,i flew 3000 miles, got to payless,they hit me with a $300.00 deposit,on the car, for which i had insurance for,they new i was a out of towner,and took advavtage of me,there were no other cars to be found,they told me they would give me a free upgrade,they did, at the end of the week i returned the car. the bill was $286.00 its a ripp off company never again cjc3
