Complaint Review: Palm Harbor Homes - Lafayette Louisiana

 I recently purchased a home from Palm Harbor homes. I was skeptical at first because I read these comments so when I went in I was very leery of giving any of my info. I did ask if there was a Nicole there and they told me she was no longer employed by the company. This made me happy to see that at least this woman would not be helping me. People hire based on presentation and maybe she did a good job at wowing them. I sat in the office and was pleased when they told me they were under new management.

They let me sit in the office and asked questions to find out exactly what I wanted in a home. They said they have a process to help us save time. I was thankful because after they found out what I was looking for they actually showed me homes that fit what i was looking for instead of wasting my time and theirs. I got in the homes and was surprised to see that they look like high end. I went look at other lots down the road and i liked some of the homes there but I really felt like they really were knowlegable and also told me everything about the house. We just recently bought a modular from them. They had the people come out and do our foundation and all my improvements and I have to say they did a great job. I am puzzled by this comment.

I think that the job they did for us was well worth every bit of the money they charged my husband and I for the foundation and improvements. I really think that the problem has been fixed by getting rid of whatever staff they had causeing problems. It was a pleasant experience for us and I did not have to do any work hardly. They actually took care of us very well. I did not experience any of these problems. I just want the public to know about my experience because I know I was very skeptical at first and almost went somewhere else but because of my experience I want you to know it was well worth every bit of my time with them.

Anytime I had questions they gave me their cell number I called them and if they did not answer they called me right back. The foundation people were really nice and did a good job. and the sales people went out of their way to show me i made the right decision. I referred my brother there and he is in the process of purchasing a home and land as well. I trusted them enough to say that they can take care of my brother. I hope that people know that they can not judge someone on the past. People learn from mistakes and they fixed whatever they had cause I did not experience any of theis and the lady that was the GM there Nicole is not there so they did make a good change if she was doing that.

I urge you all to go there. Let them show you and you make a decision based on this instead of hearing people opinions. It could be a competitor putting this on here or someone trying to sabbotage them also. I just know from my own experience I spent lots of money to get the home I want and I admit it was well worth it every step of the way. I am a satisfied customer.

I told my husband I didn't like that women . From the start , there was something about her . I couldn't figure out & I didn't like . We have given Palm Harbor almost $8.000.00 since February of 2013 . It's always a new problem . With this are that . Need more money here someone didn't pay for this .Problem after problem , I truly believe lie after lie . Just too stay a float to keep our money !!!!! 

Nicole is also a Homewrecker. Her youngest child is from an affair she had with a married man. My friend was married, until November 2012, when Nicole took her husband away, when their brand new baby was only 4 months old!

My friend's husband also works for Palm Harbor. They were going to work out their marriage, but Nicole kept luring him with sex. She changed the lives of the innocent baby, the loving wife, and her two little girls (his step-daughters) that saw him as their hero! Many tears have been shed by my friend.

Now, she is concerned that Nicole witll be around her 10 month old baby! She has heard many stories of her drug-use, and was searching for arrest records when she emailed me this story. She believes her ex-husband is already using drugs with her! She has taken everything from my friend, and now my friend just wants to protect her baby!

The first line you wrote about her drug use really caught her attention! This is 100% real for my friend and her child. Please email me, she would like to know what made you mention the drug use & what kind of drugs she is dealing with. You can use an anonymouse email to be safe. She needs all the info she can get to protect her child from being around the evil person you have described.
