On Dec 1st my wife ordered wireless headphones from these theives. They sent the same brand but a different model. Immediatly we called them to have the correct ones sent. However we were concerned that they would again send the wrong ones so we just asked them to accecpt the ruturn and refund the money spent. It took a bit of talking to them to get them to admit it was thier fault and we did not need to pay the restocking fee.

It is now January 19th of the new year no refund. Four phone calls and mutiple stories (Lies) of it takes 14 business days for a refund. Once this ran out they told us 8 busness days for the bank to process after the origianal 14 day period. So now this has run out and they tell use oh we will need to investigate this so we will get an email and in two days to tell us exactly when the refund will happen.

After seeing other reports I see we are not alone in this problem. I have some other ideas for what the big o could mean! Oops, disOnest, rippOff
