One Two Tree, Inc., Lawn and Tree company
On April 20, 2000 I signed a contract and sent a deposit to have 3 huge trees removed. The removal took place on May 5, 2000.
After they left we realized that they did not pic ax the roots so we had to call them back and it took two weeks for someone to return our call. Then 4 weeks passed and they finally sent someone out to grind the stumps. While doing so, they ruined 4 of our sprinkler heads.
When I called the owner he came out and said that they are not responsible for what is under the ground, there is a tiny sentence at the bottom of the contract that says that. But the owner said NOTHING.
At first, I thought it was only one sprinkler head and the owner said they did not know and I said fine, then we realized there were 4 other sprinkler heads not working and this time I told the stump grinder that there were sprinkler heads underground.
Finally, today, July 10, 2000 someone showed up to fix the sprinklers and then the owner called and threatened me with small claims court. When dealing with Mindy "The Mouth" Consumer advocate, no one threatens me. I had all intentions of paying his bill which was $900.00 after they repaired my sprinklers.
The owner of the company employs inexperienced people who do not give a d**n about other people's property. Anyone who reads this should not use this company.
