Joseph, (Boston Standard Plumbing) (617-288-2911). I look out for the best interest of my customers. You look for the quickest way to screw a customer. When you and I spoke the date of service, you stated to me there was an additional $150.00 charge if the estimate is approved for after hours service. I agreed to that. You never stated you charge $150.00 to come out and provide us with a estimate to do the work. Never the less, as I explained to you. We had another company do the same repair your company quoted $975.00. This other company Platnum Plumbing (which did a great job and I highly recommend) did the repair for less than 80% of what you tried to charge. Its obviouse to me your company takes advantage of customers. Please also note that OCS has dispatched over ten thousand calls in the last 5 years of our existance. You like the other complainers are just a bunch of liars. As you could see we dont hide our names here. We are open to everything and anything. If I promised you a payment it would of been made at the point of our conversation with a credit card #. P.S. I have rated you on Service Channel and filed a complaint with them. They are not to happy with you. I hope your companies existance does not count on them. Ciao
