Phoenix,#2Consumer Suggestion
Mon, June 25, 2007
Upon leaving the school Olympia Career Training Institute I had already submitted my formal complaint and given every detail in writing. I had gone to the deparment director and to her supervisor. The president was new at that time, I was told that he would be notified. I do not believe any action was taken to correct the issues I've presented. The instructor who was the worst example left one day and was never to be heard from again, I was told. She still threatened me, and my class with legal action if we said anything negative about her. The students in her class had to take the class over again, when it was next offered, delaying their graduation. As far as the financial department problems, at the time of being forced to pay extra fees not in the contract, I had presented my original contract stating the total cost, yet it was not honored.
