Office of Recovery Services Salt Lake city utah rom The first day of trying to deal with these workers they didnot care about anything other than getting the most monet from me. Salt lake city, Ogden Utah
Please first let me give as little of the background truth that led me to become so enraged finally not only with Recovery Services but, my lyeing ex-husband whom vowed to strip me of everything incliding my soul.
about 10 years ago i had decided that it would be a more stable home at my ex-husbands until i got resituated into a home that could accomidate all of us. I had brought my mom home from the nursing home due to inadequate care, it was in the middle of the school year and they didnt want to transfer but, rather finish the year then start new.
Of course he agreed quickly. He and i have only one child but, he was happy to take my youngest daughter too. I put all my attention into the move and bringing my mom home it took some time but, when i was ready for them he all of a sudden stoped answering all my calls and he never answered his door. i even contacted the police and when they arrived they said mam this matter will have to be handled in court?
I was dumb founded. What could that possibly mean? Two days later i got served papers to go to court and said i had missed the last court date so basically i abandoned my children now he was calling all the shots.
I never asked him for one penny to support his child ever. Now im looking at paying over 500.00 every two weeks so he and his wife could support both children.
Theres so much more about this horrible situation but i need to get to the point. i received a check my very first check after working over fourty hours but, the check actually was written out for 0.00 dollars. It all went to him.
I could never recover from all that i had to pay, i didnt even have a home i couldnt afford anything but child support.
my mom had to return to the home, and ive never lived any where but with friends since.
Its over 10 years later and my daughters and i have a great relationship now, and that is when i found out that ive been paying child support to him for years and she didnt even live with him. and now he is living with her and her boyfriend and has since she left his home at 15 My oldest daughter was 16 when she left Yet i have to send him money to support her every month still along with paying back support when he owes me.
He was diagnosed with Schizophrenia long ago and feels entitled to every ones help and has made good on his promise to me long ago.
I have told 100's of case workers, Supervisors at Recovery Sevices and, they simply dont care.
