Ocwen Loan Servicing is a rip-off company. They have been sued by the Consumer Protection Agency and had a judgement of over 2 billion dollars filed against them and told to clean up their act. The judgement was filed on December 19, 2013 but they certainly have not changed their ways.
My question is, who is enforcing the order handed down against them?
