Ocwen Federal Bank ripoff Most unprofessional and worst company I have ever dealt with Orlando Florida
These guys are the worst. You can call them but never get them or receive a call back. Their answering system promises a call back in 4 hours, you can't get one in 4 months! I wrote them a letter stating all my concerns and corrections and they only addressed some of them.
They don't provide a payment history for their borrowers, they send out payment coupons with incorrect due dates on them, they respond to my letter to the incorrect address and I've been trying to change the social security number to which they report the interest on the 1099 and you would think I'm trying to change the world, they practically want a drop of blood and of course, you can't talk to anyone about this because they don't answer their calls.
When they first took over my loan they tried making me pay for fire insurance after my poor insurance broker forwarded copies of my policy 3 times. They are a mess, I would never get a loan with them, I'm unlucky they purchased my loan.
